Directions to Home Farm:

15 North to Route 26 East/Liberty Road. Keep right after bridge (next to Ceresville Mansion) and continue on Liberty Road for 2.2 miles. Turn right onto Kelly Road. We are the first gravel driveway on the right directly after the "School Bus Stop Ahead" sign. Follow drive to end of driveway.
